I find myself with little time on my hadns so i make it my mission that when i do find myslef onthe days with nothing too important to do i relish in the things that bring me joy, these includephotogaphing my life, playing my guitar and paino and lastly painting.
These bring me the most joy as i am quite content with my own company and i like to lose trake of time with what I am doing this occurs most when Iam practising my hobbies.
